DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) is a type of therapy that involves a structured approach to healing.
In our office we do a longer intake process to help to understand who you are and where you are. We don’t just jump into change. We want to find your current strengths and find ways to build on the skills you already have in your life.
It’s important to highlight the things going right along with identifying the areas of your life you want to grow / change.
