Option 1: Productivity Compensation
Perfect for clinicians who enjoy maintaining a full caseload and maximizing their earning potential.
This option rewards your productivity while providing the security of W-2 employment.
Ideal for therapists who:
- Enjoy seeing 20–30+ clients each week
- Want higher income potential
- Thrive in a growing private practice
Option 2: Hourly Compensation
Prefer predictable income while building your caseload?
Our hourly compensation model offers stability and consistency while still allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of working in private practice.
Ideal for therapists who:
- Prefer dependable pay
- Are newer to private practice
- Value financial consistency
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking compassionate, motivated clinicians who genuinely enjoy helping people.
You don’t need years of DBT experience—we’re happy to help you grow your skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with teens and adults
- Values collaboration
- Wants to continue learning professionally
- Is reliable, organized, and compassionate
- Is excited to be part of a positive team culture
Experience or interest in any of the following is welcomed:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- EMDR
- Trauma
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Mood Disorders
- Personality Disorders
- Couples Therapy
- Family Therapy
Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following independent licenses:
Missouri
- LPC
- LCSW
- LMFT
- Licensed Psychologist
Kansas
- LCPC
- LCMFT
- Licensed Psychologist
Dual licensure in Missouri and Kansas is a plus but not required.
