A new Virtual (Zoom) DBT Skills Group – “Finding Distress Tolerance” will be starting July 27th and go for 6 weeks . This is designed for individuals who are 18 or older. This group will focus on the Distress Tolerance Skills that help clients deal with things such as Panic/Anxiety Attacks and other Big Emotions.
If you have been curious about a DBT skills group this is a great way to start the skills and not feel overwhelmed.
**To be a part of the group we are asking that you have an individual therapist to help process the skills and your weekly progress.
