WE ARE BACK! It was a short break and due to health reasons I had to step away from doing the podcast. I am so thrilled that Season 2 is back and the first episode is ready to go.

This season we will continue to talk about DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and the resources around it. This first episode is about The Therapeutic Relationship and Alliance. This is a vital part of therapy and finding the good fit it so important. Especially in DBT where we operate on a Equal Ground Mindset, where the therapist models the DBT skills and even discuses how they use them as well.
