  • 📅 When: Every Tuesday from 5:30–6:30 PM
  • 👩‍🏫 Led by: Bonnie Monahan, a seasoned therapist who specializes in DBT and emotional healing
  • 💵 Cost: $30 per group session
  • 📋 Requirement: Participants must be working with a therapist individually to join
