This week is ADMIN Week! We are working so hard behind the scenes to get you up and going for 2023. We will need some information to get you the best therapy experience.

We need your Updated Insurance Card (Front and Back) and you will have new information sent via your Client Portal to sign. We will also be asking for Updated Payment. You can send that or login to your Client Portal and update it there.

No Worries, you will still need to sign update Practice Policy and make sure your address is correct.
