Did you know in MISSOURI your employer must give you time off to vote, and it can be PAID time!
Here is the statue: Employers must grant employees up to three hours paid leave to vote, unless polls are open three consecutive hours before or after regular working shift. Employees must request this time prior to Election Day, and the employer may specify when during the working day employees may take time off.
SO GO VOTE! I did and it took less than 15 minutes of my day!
*Did you know that they are only expecting 10% of the population to show up to vote today too! Surprise them and don’t waste your right to vote!
