Meet Victoria Dalton, MA – Compassionate Therapist for Relationships, Identity, and Emotional Wellbeing

Victoria Dalton is a master’s-level therapist with specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy. She takes a holistic, systems-based approach to mental health, recognizing that our emotional wellness is deeply shaped by the relationships and environments that surround us—family, romantic partners, friendships, workplace dynamics, and cultural or spiritual communities.

Victoria helps individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, strengthen emotional boundaries, and build healthier communication patterns. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, religious trauma, or struggling with identity and belonging across different worlds, Victoria provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your story.

Her therapeutic focus includes:

  • Romantic relationship distress and conflict resolution
  • Family dynamics and generational patterns
  • Religious trauma and spiritual distress
  • Identity development and intersectionality
  • Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation

Through evidence-based therapy techniques, Victoria empowers clients to rebuild emotional safety, foster vulnerability, and grow confidence in both themselves and their relationships.
