- Spiritual Abuse and Religious Trauma
- Women’s Issues
Rochelle is accepting new clients 14+ via Virtually in Kansas and Missouri.
Rochelle initially used her skills to build community and intentional relationships while owning and operating a local coffee shop. As her passion grew, she shifted to pursue her masters in counseling and gain experience working in community mental health. Rochelle completed her internship at Middle Path and quickly returned as a full time therapist.
Rochelle believes in building a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship with each client as they navigate the difficulties of intense emotions, relationship struggles, and self-perception challenges often associated with trauma and BPD. She is also passionate about walking alongside clients who have experienced spiritual abuse and religious shame that have left them questioning their own worth and identity.
Rochelle offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space to mend past wounds, develop effective coping skills, and move toward increased self-compassion and acceptance. She takes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach with the use of DBT and other evidence-based modalities, tailored to your unique experience and needs.
“I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your experiences, and providing a safe space for curiosity and growth. My goal is to support you in reclaiming your inner strength, building emotional resilience, and creating a life that embraces your true self.”
