Provisionally Licensed DBT Therapist (PLPC or LMSW)

Location: Kansas City Metro (Hybrid – Telehealth + In-Person)
Licensure Required: PLPC (MO) or LPS (KS)
Schedule: Full-time preferred (minimum 25 clinical hours/week)
Start Date: Flexible

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a provisionally licensed therapist looking to build strong DBT skills in a structured, supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician interested in eventually becoming a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist. Supervision toward full licensure is included.

Ideal Candidate:

Has a strong interest in working with clients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and other emotion dysregulation disorders
Open to ongoing DBT training and consultation team participation
Comfortable working with teens (16+) and adults
Tech-savvy and confident navigating telehealth platforms
Has reliable transportation for in-person sessions

Fully Licensed DBT + EMDR Therapist (Substance Use Focus)

Location: Kansas City Metro (Hybrid – Telehealth + In-Person)
Licensure: LCPC/LPC/LSCSW/LCSW – Must be fully licensed in both KS and MO
Schedule: Full-time W2 Position (Flexible)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced therapist with full licensure in both Kansas and Missouri who brings clinical expertise in DBT and EMDR, with a particular focus or background in substance use disorders. You’ll work with motivated clients navigating recovery, trauma, and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.

Ideal Candidate:

Trained or certified in EMDR (or actively pursuing certification)
Experienced working with substance use disorders and co-occurring diagnoses
Proficient in delivering DBT in both individual and group formats
Values collaboration, ongoing training, and structured treatment models
Able to manage a caseload of 25+ sessions per week
