Middle Path Counseling MO is a small Counseling Private Practice in Blue Springs, MO. We are looking the right person to join our practice. This is a supportive role and has lots of room to grow. The right person would need to have strong professionalism and ability to work independently. This person would also need to have a strong sense of privacy as we deal with sensitive material from clients and highly personal information.
Part-Time would be 3 days in the office a week. There are flex options available Monday – Thursday.
Basic Skills Needed would include:
- Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills (Apple Computers)
- Understanding of Google Workspace/Google Documents/Google Voice
- Ability to be organized and follow up on task
- Professionalism on the phone and ability to deal with people who are having a hard day
- Great communication skills via Email and Phone/Text follow up
- Scheduling Clients and collecting basic information from clients
- Organizing Counselors schedules
- Maintaining Community Relationships though basic networking

Pay Rate:
