Want to get the MOST out of therapy? This list is a great Check-In you and your therapist can both use a various times during the therapeutic relationship to make sure everyone feels safe and no resentment is building up.

Don’t be afraid to ask your therapist to go over this list together. This just shows how much growth you have already had and you are deciding to not let you or others behaviors control you and your feelings. Great job being skillful.
